We love cats!

When we think of cats, we think of qualities like curiosity, independence, playfulness, agility and cleverness -- which we think describe our team as well. The Wobblies Wildcat, the term used by the Industrial Workers of the World members to describe themselves, is a nod to our orientation to worker-led rights. The “A” and the “R” from RAD allude to our political leanings which favor dismantling institutionalized hierarchy. We consider ourselves rad in our approach and in our commitment to liberation and justice.
